casing 95% popcakes???

I'm going out for the weekend so i decide to case my popcakes,they
are like 95% and 90% colon. so i gonna put away the non-colon. corn
and make the casing with the other part of the cake!!!
I don't wanna wait more cause the colon. slow a few days ago because
the jars are to dry on the top...
What you think???

your casing layer shouldnt really have nutrients in it, contams will grow in it easier. wait till they are fully colonised, then wait a few more days to make sure
