Problems with removing programs

When i try to do it it says theres no programs on my hard drive.
but when i scroll down they are there but i cant remove anything from the list.
Any ideas what the problem is? It says something like a path is missing.

the file that the uninstall path refers to may have been a)removed , b) moved, c)read-only attributed.

also, your program registery might be screwy thanks to some outside influence (deep sitting spyware, trojans, a virus maybe).

are ALL of the programs on your list affected?
