Uneven germination

I have 6 PC B+ 1/2pint jars each jars using the PF TEK had about 1.4cc injected evenly on 4 evenly spaced holes around the perimiter of each the jar, it has been about 7 days and there is growth on some spots, then none what-so-ever on others. The best is one jar with 3 large white balls about 1/2/-3/4 inch in diameter but no germination on the one remaning space, 3 or 4 of the jars only have two germination spots and 2 spots with nothing, then there are some with one and one with none. Maybe my syringe got cloged up with some vermiculite and not enough spores got injected to germinate? This is my first experiment so i was expecting some troubles, any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. Will it work out for the jars with only one or two germination spots? Just have to wait alot longer for it to grow?

Dude it is just fine. The other spores probably germinated as well but just not on the surface.

each spore is its own entity. The fact that they are germinating uneven is quite normal, being as each mating pair will be more or less productive, giving birth to their own mycellial substrains, and such. Just do some quick research on the lifecycle of mushrooms.

Hahaha sorry having issues. I have 3 paragraphs that I've typed that won't post. This is my last attempt.
Great post! Just what I needed to hear (read) when researching why a couple of jars on my first attempt had germinated unevenly. As I've watched my jars progress, the early "low-performers" are chugging right along behind the 4/4 noc hole germinators.
Of my first 6 jars, 4 showed germination in all inoculation holes (I used 4 holes). 1 jar showed germination in just 2 holes. The last showed germination in only one hole. I forgot to shake the syringe between innoculating my first 2 jars, was focused too much on being sterile and not enough on the process.
I remembered to shake it between each injection for the next 4 jars. I think shaking the syringe consistently made a difference, resulting in the latter 4 jars all germinating in every noc hole. I'm still a week or more away from full colonization. Thanks for posting everyone! Excited to be here.

Did you let the needle cool down before you injected?
To me when I hear 3/4 points show growth I think "first hole was flash boiled spore solution then the next three holes were cooled down enough to survive."
