Lysol never occured to me...you think it's a better product than the clorox?

When clorox came out with a spray I wondered if it would stand against lysol. I use lysol a good bit.

Point is, clorox seems to have this sticky residue after it dries? I don't know what it is but... I don't use it. Lysol is just as good if not better and they have about the same price.

that sticky residue is one of the active ingredients in the clorox spray.. their gimmick is an extended kill time.. ok if you want to kill stuff for a while, not ok if you want to just quickly sterilize..
i use lysol and germ-X.. "Et workt fer mee"

I'm growing for the first time following the pf mmgg I'm using the Clorox (it was on sale alot cheaper than the Lysol) and so far I knocked up six jars about a month ago and 3 of them are days away from being totally colonized the other 3 are half way will let you know what happens I also purchased a one room hepa filter air system from my locale drug store. so far so good! will keep you posted

Funky1, Dorothy Parker rules.

What about good old isopropyl alcohol, as long as we're discussing terrariums and so forth? Lysol is yucky.

Not show complete ignorance here, partial is adequate  but wouldn't "extended" kill time be a good thing?

I use a 10% bleach/h20 mix to clean the air and disinfect, never had a problem and it cost about 5 times less than lysol..Adios
