Newbie needs some advice

I just got 2 Mycobags and a syringe of creeeper spores in the mail. I can't wait to start! However, I'm gonna be leaving for spring break(Mardi Gras!) for the first week of March. Do I have enough time to start them growing? I figured I would hopefully get my first pick right before I leave and then hopefully have the second flush ready when I get back. What do you more experience growers think about this?

Thanks for the advice...I was hoping they'd be ready so I could run around New Orleans "Easy Rider" style.
ie. Tripping balls in one of those New Orleans above ground cemetries with a pair of hookers (J.K.) ;-)
