The Author claims that the Egyptian Ankh is the mushroom, among other claims, the very first page displays an Ankh growing out of the ground and in the middle of the book there are a couple pictures of the Ankh being placed in front of a persons mouth as if feeding the Ankh to someone. The book is very thoroughly researched, well written and has many supporting images.
