 Procrastinating! How do you cure it?

I have to do a shit ton of calculus followed by several chapters of reading for econometrics!! Thing is i'm the wort procrastinator ever and once I start I can't stop!!! Anyone else have procrastination issues? Anyone else procrastinating by pubbing right now?
Lastly what are ways you deal with terrible procrastination if you are able to?

I suffer from it too though, I am currently "working" on an essay.

Procrastinating affects some people in a good way. Some of the best papers I've ever written flowed right out of me like sweat under the pressure of the upcoming deadline.

I wish it was that easy. I tell my self 5 more minutes for like 5 hrs. When it comes down to it sometimes i procrasitnate by doing things i dislike such as cleaning etc!!! LAMECORE!

Yeh i've finished so many A papers with between 3 hours and 3 minutes left!

For me it is too. Unless i take a break and then re-starging is the hardest part. THe only thing that really ever helps is lots of dopamine reuptake inhibitors like adderall. That motivates me for sure although sometimes I get motivated to do other things and end up never doing the hw!

The internet has given me a whole lot of issues with procrastination.
I mean, it's half three in the morning, I'm meant to be up for college in three hours, and I have two paragraphs done for a 3000 word essay that was due in over two months ago. The teacher actually seemed like he was going to throttle me if I didn't hand it in to him yesterday. So, I promised him I'd email it to him several hours ago...
