I am going to have a bachelors in psychology. Grad school for me is not an option. What are my options as far as jobs go?

You need your masters if you expect to do anything at all with a psychology degree.
Otherwise, middle school guidance counselor could be an option.

I would suggest finding a job in human resources, nursing homes are always hiring.

If you do well then you can become a psychologist. If you do not as well then you can get into human resources roles, forensic psychology, lab assistant.. and random jobs.
Im studying psychology and my job prospects kinda suck atm. Im mostly interested in research.. but my marks havnt been that great

Grades aren't as important as studying at the right school, and more importantly writing good essays, dissertations, etc.

Yes, but at most universities I know of (more familiar with European schools on the other hand and the social sciences and humanities) they look more at what you wrote, who your supervisor was, and how you'll fit into their institution's little political constellation more than the grades. It's a very political process and not much at all about brilliance or furthering science for the sake of humanity.

A Bachelors really doesn't speak to any particular career goal at this point. It kinda depends on what you want to do with your work life. If you want to work with people, you're gonna need more than a Bachelors. Even a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) is gonna be required for working in drug treatment (if you wanted to do that - it doesn't pay very well). An MSW can get you to be a LCSW, but that's grad school. Why is grad school out of the question? A Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes can do all kinds of psychotherapy, not just help folks get food stamps. A psychologist needs a PhD, PsyD or an EdD to become licensed in any of the 50 states. Mental Health Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Art Therapists can also get licensed with a Masters degree.

Without a Ph.D and or M.D. that field of study is fairly useless as far as getting you jobs goes.
Sorry maybe you should change majors to education or something.
