MDMA...Don't think i've ever takin' a shit while rolling. Maybe a few times on the come up, that's it.
I've had weird random high pressure diarrhea before while on LSD, which sucked because i was quite some distance from the closest bathroom.
Mushrooms...Only on the come down, which was the most awkward yet peaceful poo i've ever had. I already do a lot of "thinking" while in the restroom, so in a weird sense it was a good way to reflect back on the trip haha....
Mescaline.... ....Just the morning after, weird mescaline shits.....

i usually make a note to take a pre-trip dump, so i dont have many stories involving the number two and tripping. there was one occasion however where i shat myself a little while on ayahuasca. we were camping out in the desert, and i was laughing extremely hard at something one of my friends said... laughed so hard i pooped myself. slightly embarrassed, i pretended nothing happened and told my friends i was gonna go chill in my tent with my headphones for a while. changing out of my pooed clothing in the dark while tripping out was a little challenging.
moral of the story... pre-trip dump ftw!

The last time I ate some molly I walked around my field really early in the morning when it had been raining all day and played with the water droplets on the trees.

last time i ate mushrooms i suddenly had to shit but i was just barely tripping, so figured no biggie. so i went in the close bathroom, but its the small one, seriously tiny. a tioilet and sink, not even room to store tp or anything, no room. wasnt feeling good and sat down and just nasty rotten stinky shit started spraying from my ass! even i was disgusted and usually i love all the bad shit like that about myslef. so im in this6x4 bathroom, no fan, winter so cant open a window, tripping taking the worst shit ever, then all the walls started bubbling in and it got crazy.
shit on e a few times noting to crazy, i just love mirrors.
and my gf always has a problem pissin when rolling, for some reason she always thinks she has to but cant, its weird and sometimes frusterating for the both of us... but idk

I took acid this one time. My stomach started hurting. I shitted so much it was crazy. It all just flew out too with no problem. I think I started tripping harder after that and I thought I was already peaking. My shit looked like worms and shit.
