 First time being drug tested

Now this isn't going to be the usual post of, "How do I pass a drug test?" I know that I am going to be doing a substitution of urine, but I do have some other questions on drug testing procedures. This will be the first job I've been hired for that requires a preliminary drug test. Sadly, it is also being combined with a physical and a TB test. This means that the urine won't be able to be in a bottle that is taped to my upper thigh. I should be fine when they send me in to give the sample, but I'm worried about how they will send me in. If I am naked except for a smock then say bye bye to having the sample in my pocket with a hand warmer. As long as I can wear my clothes then I am all good for the test. Has anyone been sent to a hospital for a drug test and would like to help enlighten me on how it all goes down?
Also, when I went it to meet more of the faculty at the workplace, I wasn't sure if the drug test was going to be in-house (they had yet to tell me it is going to take place at the local hospital) so I has some clean urine with a hand warmer on my person. My only concern was that the hand warmer was supposed to last for 8 to 10 hours and be hot 15 to 30 minutes after opening. After being open for 2 hours, it had become slightly warm and by hour 4 it seems to be dead. Anyone have a recommended brand? I used hot hands 2. I wouldn't recommend them.

Ouch... I may want to try to get clean then in that case. I stopped smoking as soon as I found out there was a drug test (a few days ago). I hadn't smoked in 2 months then I got about 5 grams and smoked it over 2-3 weeks. I'll try a home drug test before hand and if I can't pass that then I guess I may have to conceal.

If only it weren't a school job. Worst part is that they might do random drug tests "if there is probable cause". 
Damn drug free school zones and work places.

From that video it seems like they are going to ask me to strip down. Oh well, looks like I'll just have to hope I'm clean by the time I take the test. Might as well bring a small bottle of urine just in case I can stay clothed.

I've been tested only once. They turned off the water in a bathroom and had the toilet died blue but let me close the door and do my thing in private.
All in all it would have been real easy to substitute.

Drink lots of water, try and get into a sauna, exercise a lot. About an hour or 2 before your test, drink a can of pop. It makes your urine yellow. Some labs want re-tests if your urine is too clear.
Does anyone know if those "detox" things work? I may need to quit for a while or get fake pee. Or find a friend to pee for me.

I had a drug test for nursing school with a physical, I had my physical first and the made me wear a smock to take my test.

yeah, i took a drug test for a factory job and theres like a .4% chance i passed for marijuana. and although at the time i thought i had just beaten the test, i think they probably just got the results and were like "oh, just marijuana? yeah he's fine"

same here. i wore some pretty baggy khaki's and a dress shirt when i took mine and they didnt even pat me down.

the probable cause thing is only an official policy they have to have to get a discount from insurance companies. I was like 15-20 minutes late everyday i worked there and got bitched at for it over and over and they didnt even test me (yet somehow they said I had a great work ethic and that they'd love to have me back next summer). so unless they found out you got hurt at work somehow, you more than likely will not get any subsequent drug tests (they're like $100 a pop)

I should be completely fine, but the chance of me being forced to wear a smock worries me since I can't substitute then. Also, the temperature will probably be off since the damn hand warmer didn't work today so the chances it won't work next time are too high for me to like. I would tape it to my upper leg, but the physical I have to take ruins my doing that. If they do make me wear a smock then I might say that I'm having a hard time peeing since I'm uncomfortable. Maybe then I can sit in the doctor's office and sip water (and secretly grab my bottle as well). Either way. I'm going to run and bike this week and drink lots of water to help flush the thc that I burn out of my fat. Of course I will drink lots of water the night before and the day of to help dilute it as well.
