Humidity too high

I have an airpump running two bubblers (outside) with diffuser stones to two terrariums. The problem is that with my terrariums filled with casings (no perlite) the humidity gets too high. One thing i could do is add small fans blowing through hepa filters, but that is out of the question at the moment because i dont want to fiddle a lot with my terrariums (babies inside ).
Here is some ideas i have : - Reduce the amount of water in my bubbler - Remove the diffuser stones - Add an empty bottle between the bubblers and the terrariums (airpump->bubbler->empty bottle->terrarium) - Run the bubbler empty, maybe stuff it with polyfill
What i really should do is get some inline filters, any ideas where i could get those? Maybe i'll construct something myself when i come around to it.
The pins are not showing any 'fat-ass' symptoms, do they always get fat-assed when humidity is too high?

You could put bubbler on timer.

why do you think it's too humid? humidity definitely isn't bad for pins. even with casings i don't think high humidity is a problem. also, IMO fat ass pins are more a result of strain and substrate than humidity.

yes, do you have it on a timer? running 24/7 may be the problem.

Oh, i forgot to mention that the bubbler is on a timer, 1,5h 2 times a day. Terrariums are 70 liter big and the pump pushes 150 l/h.

are you just eyeballing the humidity or using an actual meter?
if you're just eyeballing, i'd wait and see if there are any problems before jumping to the conclusion that there might be problems based upon your guesstimation of the humidity.

Maybe, until you see pins you should leave it at what it is, then slowly drop it a little bit once pin formation has occurred.

a more accurate hygrometer
as for what to look for for too much humidity: there are lots of possibilities, but why not wait until you have a problem and then try to solve it instead of making a list of problems you may encounter and then looking for them?

i don't really have a problem with humidity being too high for my casings unless the water content of my substrate(sometimes difficult with dung) was already out of whack. however, i move mine from a "pinning chamber" to an area with less humidity(shelf rack wrapped in saran wrap hand misted) just to make room for more casings in the pinning area. i think if you're worried about it you could buy a cheap air valve at a fish store to regulate air flow(sorry if this has already been mentioned but i'm on my way out the door and don't have time to read the rest of this thread).
