Found a few libs today
Although im not sure on a couple i found. This ones stem is a bit thicker than usual. It was found growing next to the other libs and I have a strong feeling it is a lib anyone disagree?
Im also not sure on this one. The stem is paler than usual and I cant see any gills underneath. It was also found growing along side the other libs would anyone else class it as a lib?

Looks good on all counts for the first picture. Nice.
The photo of the gills(or lack of).. very hard to make anything out, but I'll leave it for the experts.

now they have all dried out I can 100% say they were all libs. I have 15 now is that enough for a trip or should I wait and collect more?
I also seem to have a problem finding them I have yet to find a single field with a lib in and ive looked in like 10. I can only find them on my golf course and find very few. Today has been my biggest haul and I only found 10 in over an hour. It hasn't rained here for literaly 2 weeks do I just need to wait untill it rains? Then will more of them start popping up?

Don't bother taking 15,you'll be completely disappointed.
40/50/60 is a better number.
I took 30 dry last year and I mildly tripped but I was over it in 2 hours and went to bed. Lying in bed for hours and hours not being able to sleep and not enough effects for me to be concerned with but enough to not let me sleep.

No man, look in the picture, they are tiny.
And libs are fucking mental mushrooms. High psilocybin ratio compared to psilocin or else the other way round.
A much sought after mushroom for people who aren't able to pick them and for those who can.

ive seen mexicanas smaller than that.... and you dont need to eat that much.... 20 or 30 would be enough to blow your brains out...
but i guess you gotta stick to what is available in your area

Stop hating on the liberty caps!
They are a thing of beauty with their wizards hats on top.
I don't see it as a disadvantage that more have to be eaten because they are so small it's no biggy.
I'd say that gram for gram, they are stronger than any other in the world.
Obviously,I've nothing to base this on but experience but I'm sure other Europeans would agree.
30 mushrooms could be the same weight as one large from your side of the world.

Yea I've thought about that...People saying they take 100 libs, etc. There really isn't much mass to them from what I can tell. I've picked similar sized shrooms and was astounded at what they dried up to be. Thats a lot of picking, though I'm sure it is worth it.

Liberty caps are pretty potent. Weight for weight, they blow the hell out of cubes, in my experience. Also note that there are very few species that retain so much of their potency when stored for a few years.
As to how many you need: it really depends on the effect you want to achieve and your personal tolerance. However, for a somewhat profound trip, you'll probably need more than 15. Start out with 25 or so, see what happens. Up the dosage next time if you want to go deeper. Personally, I think there's no need to immediately jump into the 50+ numbers. However, that's a matter of opinion, really.

I was wondering about that. I will be checking the fields in the famr near my house as it has had a good soakign today. On the way home I found some mushrooms under some pines, no idea what they are. i'll post pics now. Need IDs please.

Yeah, post them. However, growing under pines, the chances are pretty slim that they're an active species and they're definitely not liberty caps. Nonetheless, bring em on, it'll be nice

Im completely with Koraks. Libs are potent. They hold the record for highest Psilocybin content reported of any species with 2.37% (Libs DO NOT suck airdog). They have almost no Psilocin which accounts for their excellent potency retention in storage. From my experience about 30 is a good Level 3.
