I tell you what. You shouldnt use quart unless you have a p cooker. But if you know the qurt jar method, using one cup of seed per jar you can get an oz per jar. Good luck.

mycelium5150 is correct, you can get a dry oz. per quart jar of grain,(1 cup) under fully optimum conditions

I forgot to mention that you will need a isolated fruitng strain from cultures and tested specifically for yield.
