Well, heres my plan.
I couldnt get ginger and im on probation...so i plan on eating a medium sized breakfast the, fasting for about 4 hours then ingesting.
then when i feel nausea coming on...PEPTO!!! lol. ima drink some pepto bismol.
that sound good?
im doin six of em.

theere smaller then i thought. but fuzzy. im scraping atm.

ginger root pwns pepto bismol when it comes to this type of thing
but at least you're taking the pepto afterwards...i could be wrong, but I would think it could interfere with the absorbtion otherwise, at least with some chemicals

is the nausea from HWBR seeds really bad for most people?
I've eaten 10 before with no nausea at all, just chewed up, held in my mouth for 15mins, and swallowed them
ginger root is good though, it helped me hold down mimosa tea, even after an hour when I really wanted to throw it up lol

im crushing soaking in lemon juice (pure) for 20 minutes then shoveling tha shit in my mouth and swallowing all.

it really depends if you feel nausea or not. My guess is that pepto wouldn't help anyhting. make sure you get off all the fuzz.

Good luck. Ive bought hbwr from 3 diff well known vendors(including bbb) and they've been inactive every time  Hopefully you'll have better luck.

My advice is eat them with bread and drink plenty of water if you plan on not throwing up. There will be a lot of cyanide in your system and you want to soak it up. Otherwise, up the dose to 10

5 will be pretty mild, if I were you I would flip a coin between 6 or 7 seeds
and if it landed on 6 I would just do 7 seeds anyway
but you have 23 seeds so its good to start low

You can start low and always add more. Thats what I did when I took these. I took five and then took four more later and had a pretty intense trip. Enjoy the euphoria

i dunno low dose lsa trips arnt that fascinating to me but when ytou get up in the big numbers you really start to see what is so great about this natural chemical. but thats just me.
