Dreams tend to leave me depressed
    #10615537 - 07/03/09 12:27 PM (14 years, 9 months ago)

they are always so euphoric.

I had a dream that :obama: was my teacher during his presidency and he was hooking all kinds of cool trips up and shit for the class- then I wake up and nothing exciting is happening:confused:

just wondering if anyone finds dream after effects depressing?

I know exactly what you mean. Lately, I've been having dreams (I know, corny corny corny) of being with this girl I want to be with. It sucks to wake up without any of it being real :tongue2:
Time to make dreams come true! heheh

I feel ya, I had a dream last night where I met some swingers and this dude let me dry smash his wife's shitbox. She was a pretty little mixed girl.

Interestingly enough, I just had a semi-romantic dream a few nights ago:

I was naked walking along a beach and there was this very pretty girl (who was naked as well) along the shoreline staring out into the sea. I walked up to her, and we exchanged some words, and then we sat down in the ankle-deep tide leaning against some rocks. After a few moments, I just hugged her really tight, and she hugged me back likewise, and for a few moments, I felt what true love was like. There was almost nothing sexual about this dream, it was pure romance, and it was also the first time in my dream that invlolved a naked girl and no sex!

I did feel sort of disappointed when I woke up, because I really wanted to see what would happen next. It was a semi-lucid dream.

OP, I get what you're saying.  I'll have an insanely awesome and exciting dream only to wake up to boring reality.

Flipside: nightmares are such a relief to wake up from.
