Since horse poo is pasturized, it will still have living organisims. So if you try to inoculate that, the myc may never establish a strong foothold.

That's why people use pre-colinized grains and either mix or layer it in the poo mix. This gives the myc a head start where the myc is pre-establised.

alright.

poo cakes can be done, and are posted here on the forums.

the pf cake will indeed be much easier than the poo cake, as it's hard to fuck up the moisture content on pf, UNLESS you don't follow the directions to the "t".

pf-tek is easy, but not as easy as grains...but you have to have a pressure cooker to do grains.

in otherwords, Pf tek is the easiest to do for neophytes.

also if using spores, for pf cakes...sometimes you may see 1-2 weeks before you see growth for the fact that the spores need to germinate.

you must be doing something wrong. pf tek is designed to be foolproof and easy. dont change the tek. look into changing how you have applied the tek. watch RR's videos 20 times, or until you have memorized them. you will then succeed. THANKS RR.
good luck with future endeavors. dont get discouraged. just pony up and try again.
