(another) word of warning for opiate/oxy users
    #10479875 - 06/09/09 10:16 PM (14 years, 9 months ago)

be fucking careful with your dosage!
this cant be under stated, i just got out of a lovely medically induced coma from oding last thursday, it was my own dumb ass fault, assuming "oh yeah ive snorted 100mg's of oxycontin before" forgetting that was a year ago and at the end of a 2 week bing.
i cant remember almost anything of what happened that day or, the two days after that when they had me on a ventilator.
but it fucking sucks, they think i had stopped breathing for atleast 10 mins before a family member found me and thankfully i was playing xbox at the time and was sitting up or i could have very easily died(sooner family said i had no pulse by the time the ambulance showed up).
moral of the story, know your dosage, start at half, or (and im not the person to preach) dont do the fucking drug to begin with. at this point im sticking to weed beer and shrooms.

thats why when ppl go and detox and stay sober for a while, they are at higher risk of death when they relapse.

weed is just a much much better investment.

If you stopped breathing for 10 minutes, wouldnt that give you serious brain damage?

I never did understand why people loved Oxycontin so much I never did like it and I tried orally, IV and snorting.  Just wasn't worth it.

No.

Because you'd be fucking dead.

5 minutes is brain damage.

Twice that is dead.

100mgs is a a whole lot of powder to blow down. I really can't imagine blowing all that down before realizing you are really fucked up. And how the hell did 100mgs make them induce a coma? That's kinda overdoing it for 100mgs. As is you er..."dying" for 10mins.

I've done an 80 or so many times without a physical tolerance. The worst that happens is you Fade the fuck out,and wake up a few hours later covered in Drool...Not "dead".

At any rate heroin is way fucking better than OCs.  Suburbanite oxy addicts are making a bad name for us real Lowlife Diesel Junkies. :smirk:
