double-ended casing tek appropriate?

I've got this mazatapec pf cake i have been waiting for 1-2 weeks to fruit, it finally last night got pins. They are all down on the bottom and a lot are growing off of the verm. I have seen this before and a ton abort, and only 1-2 actually grow. Would it be beneficial to flip it over and put 2 layers of wet verm on it, so my pins are on top and getting plenty of water? The cake was dunked at birth for 12 hours.

Hell yes. I've had great success using verm at both ends. Keeps the cake nice and moist. :smirk:
