Question about humidity

I just got my cakes dunked and rolled last night and they are now in the FC with perlite.  My humidity is at 100%.  Do i still need to mist the cake or just leave it be til the humidity starts to drop?  Thanks

Mist the cakes and sides of the terrarium.  Fan for a while right after you mist the cakes.  Shotgun tub right? ~Pixie~

Make sure your hygrometer is calibrated by the damp towel method.  Even at 99% humidity, with proper air exchange, you'll need to mist.

Wow im impressed, RR actually posted in one of my posts.  Im truly honored :smile: I calibrated it using that method.  BTW RR i have the same hygrometer that you use in your videos... purely by chance.  I will mist them.  How many times a day do you think?
