How do i put pictures on my posts

i have no clue how to post pictures on my msgs help plz they are in my user gallery

Theres a little button looks like a mountain 4th from the right, above where you type a message. Have a seperate window up with your user gallery up, click where it shows the URL (it'll say 'copied'), and paste that into what comes up when you push the image (mountain) button on a post.

Although I'm getting confused trying to explain it to myself...
