disinfectants......are any toxic to fungus??

considering alcohol and bleach prety much just kill shit.....
am i beter off layin off of them and stickin to hydrogen peroxide.
or could i dilute alcohol or bleach, if they are toxic, in order to make them tolerable for mycelium and whatnot for the fruiting chamber, and cleaning perlite and shiz?

Just don't put alcohol or bleach on your cakes, simple!  Your FC does not need to be sterile anyway.  Just wash it out with soap and water, it is quite sufficient.

ok but so say i was to wash my perlite with any of those things, cause i have miracle grow perlite, i thought i would try to wash them with some peroxide or something........will that hurt it
it wont be on the cakes but, is washing the perlite with it ok?

Sure, wash your perlite with them. Even bleach. Just rince them off with clean water afterwards.

You can also bake your perlite in the oven.  In any case it doesn't matter since it is not in direct contact with the cakes.

I would just soak it in a diluted bleach, just add a splash for every five gallons and let it do its thing for about 20 mins.  Drain and rinse.  And like Duggstar said: "...it doesn't matter since it is not in direct contact with the cakes."
