So Allen i took your advice and went hunting in a cow farm not to far away after a rainstorm, only problem was the next day after this rainstorm another 1 is coming so there was no sun and the mushrooms didn't know which was to grow !!
There are 2 Different Mushrooms 1 in a cow patty 1 was found out in a nice yard in the parking lot of Hollywood Video.
First I.d. are the ones outside of Hollywood Video
Habitat: Neat yard nice grass with a tree growing in the middle. This was in a parking lot
Gills: Lines coming from edge of cap to center stem
Stem: 2 maybe 3 inches little stem was hollow
Cap: looks concave on some parts other parts of it the cap is flat, appears to have a nipple
Spore print: Haven't taken 1
Bruising: No bruising stem is already dark brown almost black
Location: North Texas
Second I.d. is a Cow patty i picked from the cow farm (yes i stole cow poop!) it rained but there wasn't much sunlight so the mushrooms didn't know which was to grow, its also going to rain today and tomorrow killing any growing now so i had to take the poop.
Habitat: Cow poop in a cow farm with cows fed grass and from a watering hole
Gills: To little to tell
Stem: They look quite long from the most mature one maybe 2 3 inches and it still looks like a baby
Cap: very little baby but all are convex right now
Spore print: To little to take 1
Bruising: no bruising noticeable
Location: North Texas
What should i do with the cow poop ? leave it in the sunlight and hope it grows ? or eat the baby mushrooms ? any ideas?
Here are pics of the mature Hollywood video mushrooms and the Immature cow poop ones

youre not gonna find any active mushrooms in the cow fields of north texas, maybe very rarely. The first find appears to be a pan subb though. good job on that

First one is a mature Panaeolus. Sorry, can't tell you the species, it's too dried, matured, flattened out, but my money is on P. foenisecii. Second (the small one) is a Coprinellus.

Coprinellus isn't. Some Pans are. P. foenisecii isn't, the P. cinctulus (subbalteatus) are (mildly) active. I am pretty sure that the ones you have are these: http://www.mushroomexpert.com/panaeolus_foenisecii.html

Are both same to consume and are both active or is the foe a baddie ?

No. There is no such thing as a Panaeolus coprinus. It's a genus in its own right. It is in the genus Coprinus, the species I don't bother looking up, as the whole genus is inactive and that seems to be the only thing you are interested in. With regards to the Pans... yes, they aren't poisonous. None of them are. But even if they were active, you need like two fists full to get a decent high. IMHO P. cinctulus aren't even worth bothering with. That's just me, though.

Right. Eating three Pans won't even give you a buzz, unless they are cyanescens, tropicalis or cambodginiensis.
