little blue bruised mushies

wasnt on  hunt, just found these and they bruised blue, was hoping subs? at least lil baby ones

Habitat:
sydney, damp mulch and wood chips in the shade

Gills:
cant see, not sure if they've developed

Stem:
white, thick, bruises blue

Cap:
0.5cm, golden brown

Spore print color:
too msall

Bruising:
blue

Those are Psilocybe subaeruginosa.

In the future don't pick pins that small - Let them mature into full size mushrooms.

Also it looks like you got a bit of the substrate - You want to cut or pinch off the mushrooms and leave the substrate there so it can continue fruiting.

Since you already got some of the substrate home you should mix it with fresh wood chips and use those stem bases to start a new patch.

You can eat that but don't expect it to be very strong.

yeh next time dont pick em so early like allen said, let them mature and you woulda had more to eat. Youll prolly find more there since they look like there just coming up...
