anything really.. i'm fairly new at this and used my last spore to try a popcorn tek which stalled out.. so basically anything will do, but maybe a stronger kind which is easier to grow..

Sporework's does kick ass, an they have a few helpful instruction videos on youtube (plus Sporeworks is a great place to go for other shrooming supplies besides syringes also)but my favorite for strain selection, speed of shipment, pricing and customer service hand's down goes to Ralphster.

Hey man, check out microsporetech.com. They have a pretty good selection of syringes for $10 each. Shipping is $5 even if you buy more than 1. I've already had two good grows with their spores: B+ and Pink Buffalo.
