Display Error 800x600 on a win98 system.

I'm trying to adjust my settings for the size of the picture in an
old windows 98 computer system.

May someone help me?

Right click on the desktop and go to properties->settings. :shrug:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the System icon.
  3. Click the Device Manager tab.

Missing any drivers?

Why are you using Windows 98?

what are you trying to adjust it to?

If you are setting it to a higher resolution you need to be sure your video card and monitor both support that higher resolution.

It's an old pc that I got for free. The settings don't change when I do change the settings so it has to be either the monitor or the pc's drivers.
