(First fruit picked - with picture) Caps opening early - Harvest these few?

Hi guys, so I am really happy with the way my pinset is looking, but when I woke up this morning I saw that a couple of my fruits had already opened their caps (3 in total, I believe). Most of the fruits are not doing this yet - especially my big ones, which is good. Anyways, any thoughts on this?
I did some searches and I figure that it is probably an issue of low humidity. I remember when I first put my cakes in the FC, I could actually feel the humidity to some degree when I put my hand in the chamber, but after a few days that has disappeared. I therefore taped up some of the holes earlier today, and I am noticing that the humidity seems to have increased somewhat. I unfortunately do not have a hygrometer so I cannot measure the humidity. I really do not think that it is lack of fresh air exchange because I fan these very often, which could add to the lack of humidity.
Here are some pictures of the ones with open caps, let me know what you guys think:
Here is the first one I saw. The stem is about 1" long and it looks like the veil has broken almost completely - there is still a somewhat thin strand connecting the cap and stem.
The one in the middle of this picture is a top view of one that is starting to open up and form a veil:
This last one is a tiny one that looks like it has opened its cap up, too:
Here are a couple of regular pictures of some of my pins:
These two are my biggest ones as of right now, hopefully they will mature well:
Also, I am thinking that I will probably wait until the cap opens up some more on the open mushrooms, then pick them. Maybe a day or so? I am not sure how long this would take. Does this seem like the right thing to do?
Thanks for any input, it is greatly appreciated!

You must have returned results of noobs giving bad advice. Caps opening early has nothing to do with humidity. There is a 'trusted cultivator' box on the search posts feature to allow you to only return search results from them.
You can't 'feel' humidity, and taping over the holes in a shotgun will reduce humidity, not raise it, provided you made it per the tek. Besides, fresh air exchange is the main pinning trigger, and you want all you can get.
You didn't mention your misting schedule or if you dunked your cakes before placing in the fc. When caps open on small mushrooms, it's an indication of low substrate moisture content. There is no sign of low humidity on those fruits. I'd suggest putting the cakes into a saucer with some water and let them absorb it overnight. You can also put a tablespoon of vermiculite on top of the cake and soak that, so water soaks in from both directions. RR

Oh, ok I see, thanks for the good advice. Yes I dunked the cakes for 24 hours prior to rolling and placing in my shotgun FC. And I have about 4-5" of perlite in my FC.
I was misting and fanning about every 4 hours or so, but for the past couple of days I have been doing this more like every hour and a half to two hours when I can.
Perhaps I will try to put some vermiculite on top of the cakes and wet that, then, like you said?
The cakes have been in the FC for about 5 or 6 days by the way, and the strain is GT.

Ok, I don't really have any saucers at the moment but I did put a spoonful of vermiculite on top of each of my cakes and I will gradually continue to wet it over the next half hour or so.
Also, should I pick the fruits in the pictures above now? Especially the largest 1" one? Thank you.

Any help with the picking? I think that I will go ahead and pick them tonight if I don't hear anything else? Please let me know. Thank you.

Pick it then dunk again to moisten your cake.

Ok, harvested my first fruit, check it out! Not very special I know haha but it looks pretty cool. I can't wait until my bigger fruits start to mature now.
