i just talked to my dad, who admittedly is a racist. he was all pissed off about getting a ticket on his way home from work. when i asked him what happened, he told me that he got pulled over for not making a complete stop at a stopsign (in an all black neighborhood). he said he was almost completely stopped, but not quite. the cop that stopped him was a black woman with an attitude. we have alot of cops like that around here. when handing him the ticket, another (black) motorist rolled (quickly) through the same stopsign. both my dad and the cop watched this happen. my dad says "why don't you pull her over, you could double up on writing tickets?" the cop replied " i didn't see that." of course this pissed my dad off. so, he says "oh, i see. not gonna give one of your own people a ticket." the cops hand immediately rests on her pistol and says "git yo ass outta here."
now, i have to say that neither of them were in the right, and my dad did break the law, but this is just another example of the double standard that is all too commonplace around here.

The problem is the COPS deciding which laws they will enforce and when they want to enforce them.

i never said that he didn't stop because it was a black neighborhood.
as far as it being a nuetral version: he's the "tell it like it is" kind of guy. he never embellishes or lies about anything. a rare quality i know, but its just the way he is.
