Does anyone know if the spore syringes sold at THC in toronto are fresh?
A friend of mine used a syringe from THC and nothing at all happened, no contamination and none af the spores took.
I figure it was just his fuck up but I purchased two yesterday and plan on useing them tonight. I don't want to waste my time if the syringes are old though.

well shoot some on a slide... then look at it with your handy dandy microscope. that will tell you if they're spores in it. Then if they're is.. make sure you read up on proper inoculation technique. your friend may have done it half ass'd.

look up shroomery vendors.. ralphsters his canadian address.... they will be vaible syringes no questions asked type shit.
You can still try your syringes you bought, they maybe a waste of time.

I am a novice but this is not my first time. I am open to any advce as my only experence is assisting long time growers. Obviously I am doing the PF method. Hopefully all goes well and I can try a grain culture in a fruiting bin later.

Their spores work just fine, don`t listen to any advice they give you though. They'll tell you to inoculate your jars in your oven with the heat on.
Make liquid cultures instead of jars with your syringe and get a pressure cooker and that syringe will make you as many jars as you could ever need

I agree with P2K1, make up like 4 jars (1cc per jar) and a few LC's (you will be left with plenty of cc's in the syringe). That way you get mushies fast and have plenty of LC to work with. Make sure you store the remaining spores in a cool, clean, and dark place.
