spores101.com is a good site to buy from, syringes are legal in most places (if its illigal in ur state then i think they wont ship) the spores themselfs dont contain the active chemicals, so in most places its the active chemicals that are illigal. Once those spores grow mycelium, itis then illegal.

To answer your question though, currently it is totally legal (I'm assuming you live in the U.S.?) I would recommend the hawks eye, just google it. There is also one other popular site, but I forget the name.
