Can I use compost cow manure instead of horse poo and keep it hydrated?

it does not have to be horse manure but an herbivore. cow manure is runny, rabbit will work along with deer & goat. The amount of manure will be determined by how much spawn you have available to use. personally, I use a lot of spawn,i would say 10- 25% of the bulk volume that i am trying to spawn to so roughly 1:4 ratio.
