They say that the humidity for cakes is 92 to 100 Rh,with the humidity that high all I am getting is more white mycillium.  I have read that it means to much humdity.  Help!!

could i use a humitifer and perlite? Just so the perlite can keep the tank from getting to humid...also if i do that should i mix some water with the perlite?

when using perlite do you HAVE TO put down a layer of it
or could i just keep some in a cup/bowl/plate
inside a FC w/ brf cakes?
what about w/ casings?
