its a good idea. use dollar store bread pans that fit inside 2.5 gallon ziplock bags. when jars are ready make 50/50 spawn and substrate casings into the bread pans and spawn substrate in bags. i do this because i work out of a glove box and use the bags to get my pans out of the glovebox without contamination.

Ok, so all i'd have to do is make some PF cakes, place some substrate in the bottom of the container, put the cakes on top then inoculate?

What are the means of increasing humidity? Misting the walls, or sitting water between the container and 2gal bag?
