Good info, although i prefer to use my glovebox for the entire process, helps to contain contaminants, open air I have had issues, GB never a problem, if you have not delved this deeply into mycology yet, you should, being able to select strong fruiting myceliuum is a must for production growing.

Very nice and detailed, only thing I did different is I put 2 caps for harvest in the spore print jars just in case one stopped dropping spores.

Good write-up! Thanks for sharing. Is the gap to release humidity while the spores drop necessary? I feel like the exposure during that 24 hour period may allow for contams to enter and rest with the dropping spores. Any thoughts?
