Very pleased to see actual papers cited for once.  Way too much opinion and almost no fact to be found here otherwise

I have also heard concentrated orange juice brings you down from a bad trip,  I don't know this from personal experience but handy to know, as for abusing gods gift LOL, Try 1000 P.Semilanceata raw or 5000 in a brew between 3!  You could not  dream of a more heavenly experience!

it seems to be in my opinion that recreational use of "magic" mushrooms (ingesting a reasonable ammount of course) has little adverse effects. i have always felt energized afterwords and have only had a few bad trips bc of my surroundings. i do agree that more research should be done on mushrooms. also id like to note that anyone that abuses gods gift by consuming 50 mushrooms gets what he/she deserves.

"There is no specific antidote to Psilocybe intoxication, "

Wrong!.
Abscorbic acid, its like consentrated vitamin c.
mix a teaspoon into a glass of orange juice and by the time you put your glass
down you'll be strait.,

From reading the symtoms of onset above:
  • Onset: dizziness, giddiness, nausea, weakness, muscle aches, shivering, anxiety, restlessness, abdominal pain.
  • I would think that very few people would do this on a regular basis.
However, it turns out that many people do take shrooms on a regular basis without  those above symptoms.

Also, after reading that above, it would seem like LSD would be a more desired psychedelic drug over psilocybin/psilocin.
I haveyet to read actualaccounts of mushroom experiences wherethose symptonswere mentioned.

Sidenote: The ITALIC function on this editor is whacky! It seems to work on every other word or so.
