OHH YUK MAN!! What difference does it make whats growing that MESS? You have sticks, dirt, all kinds of crap...what did you put in there? Is that supposed to be a casing? Just trying to be light with ya, so no offense...but DUDE, it almost looks as though you had some pre-concieved notion in your mind that went: "Mushrooms are dirty things, so it's OK...what's all this talk of *cleaning* sounds dumb to me"...
   Start thinking this instead: "Mycology (growing shrooms) is the cleanest hobby I will ever know. Mushrooms are the cleanest things in the world, and I will strive to give them the cleanest possible environment".
    Until you take that attitude, PLEASE don't even think about actually consuming ANYTHING you see growing in a filthy place like THAT...YUK MAN!!!!
