Hello I had a quick question about your grain prep, I have recently been reading the mushroom cultivator and they depict the perfect weight by water to be roughly 48 - 51 percent. If you take into consideration most rye is already at a 11 percent water weight, isn't making the water weight at over 100 percent by volume way to high?
