Had the exact same feeling. I got always to the same "place", didn't matter if LSD or shrooms, or ketamine.
Took me a long time to learn my lesson.
Quit doing drugs for like a year or so and did some meditation.
Did some ketamine a while ago and got again to the same place, but this time, it was different. I said to myself "its ok to feel like that, everything is fine".

Thats it.
Just don't abuse those drugs, i.e. don't take a tonn of them if you can't handle them ^^
Sounds supidly easy and it is.

Take your time, don't rush. You have your whole life to discover mushrooms.

your diet could matter. heavy fatty meats can cause excess iron and proteins which can cause trips to go south according to some research. i realize this may not be a popular opinion but why are you fighting this death exactly? your knees and elbows get weak because of the psilly mvoing through your system and lighting up hinge joints all along the way. anyone evr told you to let it happen? id go vegan or at least no red meat for 3 days prior and try a gram. wait 3 weeks. do again while cutting out red meat and eat 2 grams. write it all down. duration, mood, set, setting(keep set and setting the same) then try your 3 grams again after 4wks.

 (IMO anyways)

Stanimal5 what are the mistakes i need to learn from? If you talking about taking shrooms on the daily I don't do that anymore and I've waited a while (about 3 months) before using them again and after my wait when I returned to them the same thing happened to me .

Your first bad experience on these was a result of you misusing the drug and being reckless. The reason why your experiences continue to be bad is because you won%u2019t learn from your mistakes, as evidenced by your own trip reports and by the fact that you%u2019ve ignored the advice you%u2019re being giving on this forum.

can someone tell my why is it that after the first time i felt like i was going to die that every single time after that of me eating shrooms i feel that exact way like my knees and elbows feel weak as well as my body and if i dont keep fighting it that i am going to just die i really want to have a normal trip again like my first time i eat shrooms.

You just did too much. When I was younger and dumber my friend's cousin handed me a gallon ziplock bag full of shrooms and said, "want some?" I had never done them before, but it was Bonnaroo and everybody was gettin lit so why not? He was chowing down so I just followed his lead and ate as many as I could stand considering they tasted like butt. How many did I eat? No idea. Too many.

First I thought I had to use the bathroom so I left my friends, got lost, puked in public, freaked out and ran away from the nice people who stopped to ask if I was okay, hid behind an atm machine that was next to a wooden fence for idk how long, worked up the courage to leave my hiding spot, found an exit, sat down and cried when the 17 year old kid working the festival for a free ticket told me it was a VIP only exit, was very positive that I was dying. I wasn't dying. I was absolutely sure I was dying. Noting was wrong with me. I was literally going to die. I wasn't bleeding. DYING! No trouble breathing. BUT TOTALLY DYING! Went to medical tent, told girl I was dying, girl smiles and says  she doesn't think I'm dying but just really emotional, we sit outside for a minute, I calm down, she helps me find the general population exit. I found my way back to the tent and was feeling better just to be out of the main venue, away from the crowds, lights, music, chaos. When I got back I found the guy who gave me the shrooms crying into his girlfriend's shoulder and having a horrible trip himself. Never actually had to use the bathroom.

I was in a good headspace at the time, I just ate a metric shit tone of shrooms that I was not at all prepared to handle.

I would do way more research if I was you. If you're going to keep taking mushrooms all willy nilly, maybe consider moving out of your parents house. I hope they ate your mushrooms and had a proper good time without freaking anyone else out.

You also payed way too much, $250 for an oz is robbery, you could have grown your own for a fraction of that.

I'd recommend laying off psychedelics for a good long while and doing way more research before you jump back in.

The answer is very simple: take a break and chill out. The one thing to know about this drug is that if you abuse it, it will abuse you back. Take a long break. Finish up school. Do some homework and revisit.

The good part comes after "death".  If you don't fight it, and you let yourself "die", then you'll experience something ineffable.  The fact that all your vitals were fine should have been your clue.

What do people have against paragraphs?

Posted by WeebleWobble (08/03/21 07:16 AM)
Some paragraphs would make it easier to read.

Love in the answer man. Love EVERYTHING.  Especially when scared and tripping.  You see a demon?  Love it.  Evil snakes?  Love them.

Feel like you are dying?  Say "I love dying".   Love everything and that will be your salvation.  That and BREATHE!
