I really enjoyed reading this, as I used to be an avid practicer of hot yoga. I would be worried about becoming too lightheaded to actually be in a studio with other people, unless maybe a few of my friends were with me, but this sounds like a great experience you had. I would like to try doing yoga at home next time when I use my mushrooms, because I also feel that body-being-poisoined-but-also-letting-go thing. It was a huge breakthrough the first time I dosed (and it was the biggest dose I'd done, too) and my conclusion was to never dose again, but after trying a few subsequent lower doses, I learned to harness that feeling and really connect with my natural form. Yoga without dosing actually helps me do that as well, as you predicted, and that's how I used to reel myself in on tough days.
