Thank you immensely. It's been at my side for four straight days. I found so interesting to find out you are not a young boy and a 60yo man. It made it even more interesting and wonderful to read for me. Here in italy I see most of the elderly people with not much life or effort into life like yours. Im sorry for bad english. Ciaoo

Thanks for sharing this journal, I'd love to know how you've been since you wrote it, if you're still using MDs and how you feel nowadays.
I hope you've found what you were looking for.

Thanks so mush for sharing this amazingly detailed journal/journey! I'm recently on my way to attempt MD therapy as an alternative to SSRI's which I had an extremely negative experience with. Your account has brought me to a closer understanding of how I'd like to set my intentions for my experience as well as showing me how your experiences were guided by your efforts. This is an amazingly documented and inspirational journal, and I hope you feel better as a result of your efforts!

Thank you for sharing. I'd love to know if you're still MDing and how it's gone if so. I've just begun, and your thoughts are useful and encouraging.

Thank you for putting the effort in to journal. Its been over a year now. Are you still MDing? If so any interesting observations that you could distill down for us?

one more journal entry to share...
MD Journal 11/3/17: my wife and i did our normal micro-doses today, .2 and .3 respectively, and then we took a sauna (we have one on our property). it was a mild sauna by our standards - @ 140 degrees F for apprx 45 minutes, but still enough to get our heart rate into the aerobic zone (65-75% of max HR). afterwards, we both independently decided to meditate, and we both had mini-voyages from our micro-dose, apprx. 45 minutes in duration. a most pleasant experience for both of us. clearly the elevated HR accelerated the uptake. this may diminish the longer lasting effects of the MD however, but it was really, really nice.

Great post! This is the kind of thing I have been looking for. I'm about to dive into the world of MD myself for similar reasons and am glad I found this post.
