I've had a very similar experience except on lsd. This was over 10 years ago, but as soon as you said " the feeling of being somewhere you shouldn't be" I got extreme chills , as I had this exact same feeling when tripping hard on acid. It has stayed with me all these years. This trip was one of the most important experiences of my life. I'm on here because I'm about to trip again for the first time in many years. This time on shrooms though. I'm so glad I read your account of your experience.  I now feel ready to go into that space again. Thanks. Fellow traveler.
