On it's final leg, the mycelium network concentrates the last of it's nutritional resources into producing the ultimate mushroom, hoping, that this monolith will be enough to ensure the survival of it's genetics, however, this one final, focused effort is thwarted by the human, who proceeds to dry  and consume the fungus's final lifeline...and trip balls
