Im supprised noone has mentioned this, when Mdma is taken, a portion of it is coverted by the liver into mda. Stating the obvious, the more mdma you take the more mda is created. The other point that has been mentioned is the weed you were and smoking, if you arnt a regular smoker this will of had a very powerful effect and added to the trip also.

At large doses and also when mixed with Cannabis,  mdma gets really psychedelic.  Full blown tripping with like zero short term memory.  It gets a little freaky because you'll have full hallucinations of strange stuff. I've had full blown ego death rolling/tripping on clean mdma. Less is more with good molly.  

Thinking back to the last time I rolled really hard was on a .4 spread out over like 6 hours at a festival.... I remember "blacking out" or whatever happens when you blow up really hard. Shit got really intense.   I kind of think mdma and other mdx compounds act as a dissociative.

Weed has a more powerful and different effect when I'm on any other drug. I bet with that amount of MDMA that it's probably the same case.  I took two hits off a J last time I was on acid and it completely changed the trip.
