It is good to know the dose when trying out psychedelics. It does sound like a legit mushroom trip to me though. Personally I have experienced some hazy/foggy atmospheres in my early trips. The part about you being trapped inside your mind reminds me of what I would call a mind loop. It can be not a pleasant experience and it is scary to hear about you possibly hurting yourself. I think the mushrooms were real and I hope this doesn't turn you off from trying them out again. It can take multiple times to really understand what exactly happens during these experiences.
