Nice! I make mine similar. To make them even easier I take the actual print on the inside of a zip-lock snack bag. Then inject sterile water, shake up. Then wipe outside of the baggie with iso, stab in needle, draw out spore solution.

Thanks. This is very helpful and detailed. One question though, is there some specific way to get the caps into the glove box?
Seems like you'd take the time to spray everything in the glove box but then you would at some point have to open the glove box to put the caps in. Also, wouldn't the caps themselves have bacteria already on them? I understand it cant be perfect and some bacterial will be a factor but why clean the foil etc if the cap itself isn't necessarily clean?

it would be nice if everybody takes this kind of precaution to prevent contams in prints.

this is my first post. i am currently researching and have a quick question or two. when i follow the link to FSRE i cant seem to figure out the available spore prints they offer. maybe they aint listed and understand they may be given out as there current stock allows. that would be fine with me. what makes me wonder is i seen something about no active prints. also i cant seem to find anything about how much to include to cover shipping cost. basicly what kinds of prints do they offer and what would should i send to cover shipping. i am in the USA. thank you

Please could you fix the links and images in the guide? Your post looks mostly like this:
[quote]When finished, put the foil lid back on your pickle jar.
