I didnt have any type of pains but for about a hour and a half into the trip I felt like I could see myself vomiting in the future. Although, thankfully that never happened.
I read on a forum somewhere that baking them will reduce the nausea and uncontrollable sweating. I have to evidence to back that up but it seemed to work for me. I hardly sweated at all and did puke, so maybe it does work.
