What is and how do I control tripper's paranoia?
"Tripper's paranoia" is a natural occurence wherein one who is tripping has a paranoid thought that, due to the accelerated mental activity occuring during a trip, tends to consume the tripper in a manner that can make the tripper very paranoid and stressed.
To cope with this, one needs to remind themselves that they are tripping and that their paranoia is the consequence of irrationality caused by being under the influence of a mind-altering substance. Just repeat to yourself "everyhting is fine. I am fine" over and over again. Put on some soothing music. Take deep breaths. Lay back, relax.
If there is a sober person or a person with more experience, talk to them. They can be your grounding rod back to reality and to a good trip.
Remember, mushrooms won't kill you, and in a few hours life will be normal once more. Have fun!
Mushrooms are illegal in many places. If you partake in an illegal activity, you may be prone to feelings of paranoia. Make sure you understand the legalities of mushrooms where you live.
People usually feel paranoia for a reason. Paranoia is often an irrational reaction to a rational fear.
Paranoia also, springs forth when a person fights the flow of a trip, and tries to cling to reality. Don't. You should know, and accept this fact going in: a trip is a trip from reality. Why trip, if you won't allow yourself to go with the trip?
