Room of Doors

This trip just sucked. It started off well. My friend had the house to himself all weekend. A bag of shrooms each. We have a 4 track recorder and lots of keyboards and guitars, and we had everything hooked up to jam out freeform when it kicked in. In the beginning it was mild and nice, and I remember dancing around his room listening to Moby Grape. Next thing I know, he's in the mood to jam, and about 15 minutes into his noisey evilness (just banging away, lots of echo, drum machine going, doing overdubs) I start to feel real weird. I had to get out of his room. I was starting to feel really sick, and getting a little freaked as well. I go into his parents room to lay down, and immediately felt like I was going to throw up. I went into the bathroom to throw up, but couldn't, and felt so weak and fucked up I had to lay down.... so back and forth it was for a half hour of being to weak to stand up and too nauseous to lay down. I felt like I had been poisoned. Even these thoughts went thru my head. I felt like I was in a circular room of doors. All the doors symbolized choices in my life and I realized that none of the choices were the right one. Everything my mind dwelt on brought me down. I felt like I wasn't going to survive in the real world, that I would never find any happiness,..I thought about going back to school, working,being trapped taking care of my aging mother, my fear of driving,..I was just freaking... finally I felt less nauseous and went downstairs on his couch,..when I closed my eyes, all I saw were aliens and insects and lots of images of ugly demons and very satanic looking things,...It was bizarre,.. finally I caught back up with my friend, he had finished recording and had went to his backyard to be outside a bit. He really calmed me down and put my head back,..I haven't done shrooms since,... in case you are curious I had done them before without problem...and yes, I did end up puking,...ugly plastic looking stuff to me in my altered state...
