Here is a small tek on how to re-use Silica Gel and other desiccants.
Here is a small tek on how to re-use Silica Gel and other desiccants.
Most Silica Gels come with indicators that go pink when moist and blue when dry.
Spread the spent desiccant on a baking plate and bake it at 130°C/265°F for about 120 minutes.
After that, let cool down a bit, and then, while still hot, fill into an airtight container.

In this picture they indicate pink so they need to be dried!

About 120 minutes later they turn very blue.
