To some extent water vapor condensing to small drops inside the jar is normal. As long as the condensation isn't so strong that the water begins to accumulate at the bottom of the jar, there's nothing to worry.
If you experience excessive condensation, the incubation temperature might be to high, also try to use a tad less water with the recipe.
