Accidental Cosmos
A stanky smell Just as well, we ate the dank at sunset It consumed my being and relaxed the muscles like a salve applied to a malicious wound The trees took on new forms unfamiliar to a formerly shallow individual They danced in the moonlight swaying, as the wind whistled above the atmosphere The piny scent of the wilderness engulfed us Scenses crossed over unto each other as that scent morphed into an image of harmony a dancing girl, wild in the eyes of conformists I covered my pupils and when once again opened she was gone and all which remained were the stars somehere above, planet mars and an infinite others the cosmos was before us I viewed it with not ony my eyes, ears, and nose, but as a feeling of infinite time, space, and meaning Infinite, how peculiar a word might it also be stand for nothingness, chaos, and accident The accident, realised was us.
A stanky smell
Just as well, we ate the dank at sunset
It consumed my being and relaxed the muscles
like a salve applied to a malicious wound
The trees took on new forms
unfamiliar to a formerly shallow individual
They danced in the moonlight
swaying, as the wind whistled above the atmosphere
The piny scent of the wilderness engulfed us
Scenses crossed over unto each other
as that scent morphed into an image of harmony
a dancing girl, wild in the eyes of conformists
I covered my pupils and when once again opened
she was gone and all which remained were the stars
somehere above, planet mars and an infinite others
the cosmos was before us
I viewed it with not ony my eyes, ears, and nose,
but as a feeling of infinite time, space, and meaning
Infinite, how peculiar a word
might it also be stand for nothingness, chaos, and accident
The accident, realised
was us. how hilarious
would it feel lonely to epiphanize that all you know,
religion, structure, and government, life, god
is an accident. That is the true miracle of the cosmos
The sooner we accept it the sooner we get over it.
I am still recovering
Everything we know is true, but once a foreign truth is
obtained, and accepted, that truth proves to only be a
false shadow of the truth
opening a new door to enlightenment
And all of this from a little fungi, which in itself was
the best accident next to planet earth.
